I study how information moves between firms, regulators, and markets and how it shapes corporate decisions, centering on reporting, information frictions, and the boundaries of regulation. Before joining Virginia Tech, I was a Research Principal at the U.S. Treasury's Office of Financial Research and a faculty member at Carnegie Mellon University.
